Cover your car seat with a binliner (or two). Have a headlight torch, good trainers and fitness kit that you understand will get muddy. Bring water in a container you can carry easily.
Join us for regular outdoor group fitness classes that challenge you in all weather conditions. We kick off and wrap up at the iconic Old Shaw's Bridge, but the route and activities are always a surprise, keeping you on your toes!
Expect high energy, lots of fun, and a whole lot of mud. You will get dirty, you will get wet, and trust us, you'll need seat covers for your car after each session! No need to be super fit to start – your attitude is what counts.
Muddy Mental takes you on a fitness journey across Northern Ireland, offering a true adventure that will give you a fresh, invigorating outlook on life. Get ready to push your limits and have a blast doing it!
